At Metal Union Marine, design plays a critical role in the creation of our jet boats.

From custom interiors to custom finishes, including windscreens and instrumentation, our jet boats are American made and manufatured right here in Lilburn, GA.

Our jet boats come in three sizes: 11', 13' and 15' and can be built to support single or double powertrain solutions from any jet ski donor.

Multiple Configurations

Jet boats are available in 3 size and can be purchased as a flat kit for you to assemble yourself, a welded hull ready to accept your donor powertrain, or as a turnkey boat ready for the river, lake or ocean.

We engineer complete assembly systems for powertrain mounting (single/dual), steering, wiring, and seating for Metal Union Marine's mini jet boat options. We're a one-stop shop for all your boating enjoyment!

The Metal Union Marine division is founded on the principle of having fun on the waterways. From the ocean to lakes and rivers, our mini jet boats are the most fun you can have on the water.

We specialize in custom configurations, from flat pack DIY jet boats to full turnkey solutions. And, with hulls made of .1875" and .125" marine grade aluminum 5052, they're the perfect balance between strength and light weight.

Metal Union is a traditionally inspired coachbuilder located in Atlanta, GA. The Metal Union team has been building custom jet boats for several years for their own enjoyment and has recently brought the solution to full production as Metal Union Marine.

The inspiration behind our newest production, a customizable jet boat offered in 3 sizes and in 3 different configuration options, is simple: we couldn't find anything on the market that offered the options we feel are necessary to truly enjoy the jet boat lifestyle.

By creating 3 different configuration levels, jet boat enthusiasts have plenty of options to get out on the water and have a blast!

He began searching the country for artisans with the right skill set and the attitude necessary to fulfill his goal.
