A customers dream project we have been lucky enough to be involved with. He is a retired architect and provides us with scale drawings of his vision, I included a picture of a few of them.
The car has been chopped, channeled, shortened, and narrowed. The front end will be completely hand made along with the roof and tail. The interior is scratch built and has been designed to fit the owner along with all the amenities of a modern car. We built the frame and suspension entirely in house to make the car a mid engine.
It’s running a stock 2014 5.7 HEMI from a wrecked truck that will have individual runner efi. The engine is connected to a 5 speed manual Porsche transaxle that has been turned backwards and flipped upside down. The Dodge will be suspended on JRi Shocks’ hydraulic ride height system that allows it to rise 3″ to clear road imperfections. A fuel cell and radiator will be custom built for this project to fit in the front to leave the back of the car open to show off the engine and intricate panel work.
