1937 Zephyr Coupe

As an original 1937 coupe, there wasn't much solid sheet metal left. We started by building custom front and rear sub frames. The front got a mustang II style and the rear is a three link trailing arm. It's powered by a SBF with one of Borlas 8 stack intakes.

Power its put through an AOD to a Ford 9". It rides on air with digital control. The body is were vast amount of work and changes happened. The entire roof ,catswalk, trunk lid, door skins and quarter panels were hand made. A complete mew floor from fire wall to tail pan.

The roof was chop roughly 2 1/2 in the front and the rear to eye. The lower trim on the running boards and skirts was handmade and chromed. All garnish moundings and the seat frame was also chromed. The front and rear bumpers have been shaved and custom tail light housings with 3D printed lenses reside on the rear bumper.

Wheels are 17" versions of the original wide five style. The hub caps were custom made from original zephyrs to fit the new wheels. This Zephyr has such an elegant look.
